Severe Piiting Corrosion on boiler drum water side, since raw water used.

Failure Analysis was done to analyse these cracks.
Cracked area is analysed by Field Metallography. Cracked removed areas already welded by client.
3" thick stiffner ring found welded at the OD of the furnace shell. This resulted Thermal Fatigue and Cracking.
